With the approvals to build such an ambitious project, the process of getting The National from sample renderings to concrete construction in a unique market required the commitment and resources of many thought leaders and investors. Around the time that The National was ready to be put into production, Mr. Patron was negotiating the disposition or joint venture of another significant development opportunity with various suitors. One of those groups happened to be K. Hovnanian -- a publicly traded homebuilder with annual sales exceeding five Billion Dollars.
Excited about The National project, K. Hovnanian expressed a genuine desire to negotiate a deal to bring the first phase of The National to market. Shortly thereafter a deal was struck that guaranteed that The National would move from planning to reality. That phase of the development is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2006.
Such partnering opportunities and commitment to community relations, has since become a trademark for Paradigm Realty Alliance. The company is proud to be known as a firm committed to recognizing the strengths of others and bringing those strengths to Paradigm projects.

Paradigm is currently in discussion with various community groups and stakeholders in finalizing plans for the second and final phase of The National. Demolition is expected to take place during the late winter on 2007 and construction to commence mid-year 2007. Delivery of the first building is scheduled for the 4th quarter of 2008.
